Liepaja was nicknamed “the city where the wind is born”. Here, medieval cobbled streets and a conceptual concert hall in the form of a huge amber peacefully coexist. Liepaja closes the three largest cities in the country, but this did not affect the cleanliness of the coast. The local Blue Flag beach has bars and cafes. The shore was equipped with changing rooms, showers, and restrooms. The Seaside Park adjoins the beach with playgrounds, stadiums, and art installations.
