Inch Beach in West Cork is one of the top best beaches in Ireland. The sandy peninsula separates Dingle Bay and Castlemaine Harbour, a wildlife sanctuary and habitat for rare bird species. Inch Beach is popular with surfers, kayakers, windsurfers and kitesurfers. During the swimming season, lifeguards are on duty on the shore, vacationers have picnics on the sand dunes and swim in the waters of the bay.
